Hi, I'm Martin Ladecký.

 

I am a Technical Leader, Architect, and International Speaker with over 15 years of experience solving high-stakes engineering problems in the banking and fintech sector. My career spans the full software engineering lifecycle—from hands-on Java development and team leadership to crisis management and large-scale cloud modernisation.

 

Currently, I serve as a Technical Leader at Commerzbank, where I step into critical systems, untangle complex architectural bottlenecks, and steer mission-critical recovery efforts.
